This course is a great introduction to pottery. Every week you can choose something to make using the hand building techniques you will learn; including pinching, coiling, slab building, kurinuki and press moulds. Your work will be fired ready for you to glaze on the final week of the course. Your creations will then be fired again and will be ready for collection within 4 weeks of completing the course.
This course is suitable for beginners but all are welcome. It is held on a Thursday, morning or evening classes are available.
The total cost of the course is £190. Tools, materials, firing, tea and coffee are all included.
Please bring a small towel and an apron if you have one.
